To use the Compresses, mix ingredients as given and put a washcloth
or cotton cloth into the mixture. Wring out excess water and apply the cloth to the area you want to treat.
FEVER
4 oz. cold water
3 drops Tea Tree
2 drops Bergamot
SINUS
1 or 2 cups hot water
4 drops Lavender
4 drops Eucalyptus
DERMATITIS
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Witch Hazel
1 to 2 cups Cold Water
2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 drops Lavender
2 drops Chamomile
2 drops Bergamot
